In plain words

The glory of the One shines out everywhere.

The troubles of my mind, my body and my life with others are all gone, and the three fevers have faded.

When the light spreads, the fevers of body, mind, and conflict all cool at once.
The deeper layer

When the One's light fills everything, our troubles cool down.

This is the pause line, the rahaa-o, the center of the shabad. Biraajit raam ko partaap means the glory of the One is shining everywhere. The verse says binsay teenai taap — the three fevers all fade. Traditionally these are troubles of the body, troubles of the mind, and troubles in the world between people.

Think of a dark room when someone opens the curtains. You do not have to chase the shadows away one by one. The light fills the room, and they are gone. The verse does not say troubles are not real. It promises they can be met.

A Question to Sit With

What is a worry that gets quieter when you step outside and feel how big the world is?
