In plain words

The True Guru has laid a foundation inside me that never shakes. Other things can crack or fall; this one stays.

Nanak says: when the Guru became kind to me, I was handed a treasure of deep, settled peace — the kind that stays even when everything outside is loud.

A peace rooted in the One cannot be shaken by the noise outside.
The deeper layer

abichal neev is the unshakeable foundation, and kabhoo dolat naahee means it never wavers. This echoes the natural ease of the aligned soul: rooted in something that outside events cannot rattle. sarab sukhaa nidh, the treasure-house of all peace, is paa, received, when the Guru becomes da-i-aaraa, merciful. Again grace arrives; it is not extracted by effort.

A Question to Sit With

What helps you feel steady inside when everything around you feels loud or uncertain?
