Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

Countless winds, countless fires, countless waters. Countless jewels shining in countless oceans. Countless suns, countless moons, countless stars scattered across the sky. Countless powers and helpers of every kind.

All of it — every single one — pours out of the same One.

Everything there is — every fire, every star — pours out of the same One.
The deeper layer

The counting widens to the elements and the heavens: winds, fires, waters; the old mythic oceans of butter and milk brimming with jewels; suns, moons, stars; gods and goddesses of every kind. Each one is anik, many. What matters is the scale.

A Question to Sit With

When you look up at the night sky, what does its size make you feel?
