In plain words

When you live from the Naam, a clear inner awareness wakes up in you, and understanding comes on its own. Your voice sings the goodness of the One, and a quiet peace settles in.

The doubts that used to pull you in circles get cut away, and the heaviness lifts. Singing with a full heart washes the mind clean and fresh. Nanak says: this trust in the Naam grows through the Perfect Guru, and it comes as a gift to the one who receives it.

Living from what is true wakes up a clear kind of seeing that no amount of worrying could give you.
The deeper layer

Pauri 12. Surat (awareness) and mat (understanding) well up; bhram (doubt) is cut away. Paapaa mat dhoee: the mind that went wrong is washed clean. The close, jin dayvai so-ee, marks the trust as itself grace — received, not manufactured — as in the parallel Mannai pauris.

A Question to Sit With

What is a worry that goes in circles for you — and what helps it settle?
