The Lord's Saints are steady and stable forever; they worship and adore Him, and chant the Lord's Name.

Those who are mercifully blessed by the Lord of the Universe, join the Sat Sangat, the True Congregation. ||3||
Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa
The saints of the One stay steady and do not wobble with every change: they keep the One in their hearts and say the Naam.
When grace opens you, you find yourself with them in the Sangat, singing together.
What stays steady in you is what you have rooted in the One.
After the pouring-out comes the turn toward what holds. The saints of the One are steady (thir) because their center is the Naam, not their possessions.
Satsang — the Sangat — people gathered together to remember the One — is something grace opens us to, not something we earn by effort.
