Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa
My life, my body, everything I have belongs to holy people; my heart longs for the dust of their feet.
By their bright grace all my worries and doubts melt away. Nanak says, I have found the One.
Holy people can help quiet the doubts you cannot quiet alone.
Sant raynaa — the dust of the holy — returns as the image of humble nearness. Near holy people, bharam, the restless doubt and confusion of the mind, dissolves. The truth becomes easier to live when you are surrounded by people who are living it.
A Question to Sit With
Who are the people who make your worries feel smaller when you are with them?
