Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

O Master, I have come into your shelter.

The worry in my mind slipped away the moment I saw you.

In the One's shelter, the knot of worry finally comes loose.
The deeper layer

Coming into the One's shelter loosens the knot of worry.

Sarnaa-ee aa-i-aa — coming into sanctuary — is the safe shelter where peace already lives. Sansaa is worry, the anxious knot; it utar ga-i-o, came off, at darsan, the seeing. Grace is received in the very moment of looking.

A Question to Sit With

Where is the place — or who is the person — that feels like shelter to you?
