The One who created the Universe, that Lord alone knows. His beauty is incomparable.

O Nanak, the Lord Himself gazes upon it, and is pleased. The Gurmukh contemplates God. ||4||3||14||

In plain words

Only the One who made the whole universe truly knows it, and that beauty is beyond anything to compare it to.

The One gazes at its own creation and delights in it. The heart turned toward the Guru gets to share in that same wonder.

The One delights in its own creation, and the awakened heart shares that delight.
The deeper layer

Only the Maker truly knows the world the Maker made.

Jin sisat saajee so-ee har jaanai — the One who made the universe (sisat) alone knows it. Taa kaa roop apaaro — its beauty has no limit.

Then a lovely picture: aapay vaykh har bigsai — the One looks at creation and bigsai, blossoms with delight. Think of an artist stepping back from a painting and smiling. The gurmukh, the one turned toward the Guru, gets to join in that wonder and think deeply about the One (barahm beechaaro).

A Question to Sit With

When has looking closely at something in nature filled you with wonder?
