Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

Listen, my own mind and body — let me show you where true peace actually lives.

There you can taste and enjoy the deep, satisfying goodness of the One.

Real peace is something you can point your own mind toward.
The deeper layer

sun man tan tujh sukh dikhlaava-o — speaking to one’s own man and tan, showing the way to sukh (peace). har anik binjan... bhog bhunchaava-o — enjoying the many binjan (delicacies) of the One. This is the Pause line.

A Question to Sit With

What is a thought or place you can guide your mind to when it is restless?
