parabh abhinaasee rain din gaa-o.

ਜੀਵਤ ਮਰਤ ਨਿਹਚਲੁ ਪਾਵਹਿ ਥਾਉ ॥੨॥
jeevat marat nihchal paavahi thaa-o. ||2||
In life, and in death, you shall find your eternal, unchanging home. ||2||

Sing the praises of the One who never fades, morning and night.
In doing so, you find a home inside you that stays steady through everything — even the hardest changes.
There is a home inside you that no change can take away.
parabh abhinaasee rain din gaa-o — praising the abhinaasee (imperishable) day and night. jeevat marat nihchal paavahi thaa-o — finding a nihchal (unchanging) thaao (place) through all of life. A steadiness that does not depend on circumstances.
