Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa
The yogi does yoga, the one who loves comfort keeps eating, and the strict one does hard practices and bathes at holy pools.
Everyone has their own way, their own path they are sure of.
Everyone has their own practice — but the heart wants something more.
jogee hovai jogvai — each person keeps to their own practice: the yogi does yoga, the comfort-lover eats, the one who takes hard vows keeps them and bathes at tirath, sacred pools. Nanak lists the paths without scorn, setting up the Rahao's deeper longing. (Practices from many traditions are named as forms, not attacked.)
