ਸਭ ਰੋਗ ਮਿਟਾਵੇ ਨਵਾ ਨਿਰੋਆ ॥
sabh rog mitaavay navaa niro-aa.
He has eradicated all illness, and healed me.

What was aching in me has been eased, and I feel fresh and well again — new, as if healed all the way through.
The One became my keeper and my care, all on its own.
Grace can ease what aches and make you feel new all the way through.
sabh rog mitaavay navaa niro-aa — all illness erased, made wholly new and sound; rakhaa aapay ho-aa — He Himself became the protector. Healing here is complete renewal, an image of grace received rather than earned.
