In plain words

There is only One. And the One is found by the True Guru's grace — a gift that is always here, waiting for an open heart.

A person comes to move with the flow of existence when kindness opens them to it — it is a gift, not a grind.

And real devotion is simply what fits that flow; the One cares for every living being, so there is room in it for all.

Living in the flow of existence is a gift that opens in you.
The deeper layer

This one says that living in step with the One is a gift, not a chore.

Tayraa bhaanaa toohai manaa-ihi means "You Yourself bring a person to accept Your bhaanaa." The bhaanaa is the One's will, the way life flows. We cannot force our way into it. The One's kindness opens us to it.

Saa-ee bhagat jo tuDh bhaavai means real bhagat, devotion, is whatever fits the One's flow. And sarab jee-aa partipaalaa means the One cares for every living being.

Think of a river that carries every boat on it. No boat has to earn the current. It is there for all of them.

A Question to Sit With

What does it feel like when you stop fighting how things are and just flow with them?
