ਗੁਣਕਾਰੀ ਗੁਣ ਸੰਘਰੈ ਅਵਰਾ ਉਪਦੇਸੇਨਿ ॥

The virtuous accumulate virtue, and teach others.
ਸੇ ਵਡਭਾਗੀ ਜਿ ਓਨਾ ਮਿਲਿ ਰਹੇ ਅਨਦਿਨੁ ਨਾਮੁ ਲਏਨਿ ॥੯॥
say vadbhaagee je onaa mil rahay an-din naam la-ayn. ||9||
Those who meet with them are so very fortunate; night and day, they chant the Naam, the Name of the Lord. ||9||

People rich in goodness keep gathering more of it, and they can't help sharing it — goodness overflows into whoever is near.
How lucky to spend time with people like that. Around them, keeping the Name in mind — the living presence of the One — becomes the most natural thing.

gunkaaree gun sangharai avraa updaysayn — the virtuous gather virtue and teach it to others; say vadbhaagee — fortunate are those who join them and keep the Naam in mind day and night. Goodness is contagious and self-multiplying.
