In plain words

You are the One who gives me peace; You loosen whatever ties me up and make my mind clear and clean.

Your loving ones live in gladness, and keeping You in mind, their deepest wishes come true.

The One who unties our knots is the same One who fills the heart with quiet gladness.
The deeper layer

The Rahau: too mero sukhdaataa — You are my peace-giver; bandhan kaat... man niramal — cutting the bonds, brightening the mind; pooran purakh bidhaataa — the Perfect Shaper. Service to the eternal One (abinaasee) is never wasted.

A Question to Sit With

What is a knot — a worry or a tangle — you would like help loosening?
