ਸਾਚੇ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਸਿਉ ਮਨੁ ਮਾਨਿਆ ॥
saachay saahib si-o man maani-aa.
My mind is pleased with the True Lord Master.
ਹਰਿ ਸਰਬ ਨਿਰੰਤਰਿ ਜਾਨਿਆ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
har sarab nirantar jaani-aa. ||1|| rahaa-o.
I know the Lord to be pervading all. ||1||Pause||

My mind has finally come to rest in what is true and real.
And I begin to see that same One everywhere — woven through everything, with nothing left out.
Peace comes when your mind rests in what is real.
saachay saahib si-o man maaniaa — the mind comes into accord with the True Master; maaniaa here is mannai, inner alignment, not mere belief. sarab nirantar jaaniaa — known as pervading all, without a gap. This is the Rahau, and it names the Oneness woven through everything.
