Where the dazzling white light is seen,

there the unstruck sound current of the Shabad resounds.

In that deep place inside, a dazzling, shimmering light appears, and with it an endless, unstruck music quietly rings.
And there, my own small light melts softly into the great Light, like a drop returning to the ocean. By grace, I know this is real, because I have felt it.
The soul's small light melts into the great Light, the way a drop returns to the ocean.
jhil mil kaar (shimmering light) and anhad sabad (unstruck Word) meet, then jotee jot samaanee (light merges in Light), the soul-spark rejoining its Source. This is a peak mystical image of union. gur parsaadee jaanee (by grace I know), knowing here is experience, not theory.
A Question to Sit With
If your inner light is part of one great Light, what does that say about how alone you really are?
