In plain words

I have met my dearest Friend, the One I love most of all.

And in that meeting, my whole self feels made new, my body glows, my life feels beautiful and whole.

Meeting the One you love most can make your whole self feel new.
The deeper layer

The riddles point to one happy fact: Namdev has met the One he loves.

This is the rahaa-o line, the "pause" line, the center of the shabad. Mo ka-o mili-o raam sanayhee — "I have met my loving Lord." Sanayhee means a dear, loving friend. The strange music in the first verse was the sound of this meeting.

Jih mili-ai dayh sudayhee — in that meeting, the body becomes radiant. Meeting the Beloved doesn't only change your ideas. It changes the whole person. Think of how a child's face lights up when a grandparent they haven't seen in months walks through the airport gate. Everything about them glows. Namdev feels that, all the way through.

A Question to Sit With

Who is someone whose presence makes you feel more fully yourself?
