In plain words

The One lifts up every being and creature, giving them the gift of His sight.

How wonderful is the greatness of the perfect Teacher — I could give myself to that forever.

No one is left out of the One’s care.
The deeper layer

The One lifts up every single being, and Nanak is filled with wonder and thanks.

Jee-a jant prabh sagal udhaaray — God lifts up all beings and creatures. Notice the word sagal, all. No one is left out.

Darsan daykhanhaaray — the One gives them a loving look. Darsan means seeing the One, and being seen.

Gur pooray kee achraj vadi-aa-ee — how wonderful is the greatness of the perfect Guru. Achraj means amazing, the kind of thing that makes you go quiet with wonder.

Naanak sad balihaaray — Nanak gives himself to that, forever. It is the language of a heart so full of thanks that it spills over, like a cup under a running tap.
