Beholding, the Heart Blossoms Beyond Counting

bha-ay kirpaal pooran abhinaasee aapeh keenee saar.
The perfect, imperishable Lord has become merciful; He Himself has taken care of me.
paykh paykh naanak bigsaano naanak naahee sumaar. ||2||10||38||
Beholding, beholding His Vision, Nanak has blossomed forth in ecstasy. O Nanak, He is beyond estimation. ||2||10||38||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

The perfect, never-fading One grew kind and took care of everything Himself.

Looking and looking at that goodness, my heart blossoms open — for the One is greater than any measure.

Keep looking at what is good, and the heart opens like a flower.
The deeper layer

Aapeh keenee saar — He Himself tended, cared, kept watch. Pekh pekh bigsaano — beholding and beholding, a blossoming; the same vigaas, the opening-like-a-flower, that runs through Gurbani. Naahee sumaar — beyond reckoning.

A Question to Sit With

What is something you never get tired of looking at?
