Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

The teaching, the Lord of the world, is full of bliss.

Holding the Name again and again, I live in a deep, unbroken gladness; and the One keeps to His loving nature.

The deepest gladness comes from holding, again and again, what you love.
The deeper layer

Parmaanandaa -- supreme bliss. Prabh apnaa birad rakhaa-i-aa -- the One keeps true to birad, His inborn loving nature; grace is reliable because it flows from what the One simply is.

A Question to Sit With

What is something good that gets deeper the more often you return to it?
