Sorat'h, Fifth Mehl:
ਆਗੈ ਸੁਖੁ ਗੁਰਿ ਦੀਆ ॥
aagai sukh gur dee-aa.
The Guru has blessed me with peace here,
ਪਾਛੈ ਕੁਸਲ ਖੇਮ ਗੁਰਿ ਕੀਆ ॥
paachhai kusal khaym gur kee-aa.
and the Guru has arranged peace and pleasure for me hereafter.
ਸਰਬ ਨਿਧਾਨ ਸੁਖ ਪਾਇਆ ॥
sarab niDhaan sukh paa-i-aa.
I have all treasures and comforts,
ਗੁਰੁ ਅਪੁਨਾ ਰਿਦੈ ਧਿਆਇਆ ॥੧॥
gur apunaa ridai Dhi-aa-i-aa. ||1||
meditating on the Guru in my heart. ||1||

The teaching has given me peace right here, in this moment, and peace for whatever comes next.
With the One kept in my heart, I feel like I hold every treasure there is.
When the One is held in the heart, peace covers both today and tomorrow.
aagai... paachhai — peace both ahead and behind; the Guru held in the heart (ridai dhiaaiaa) is itself the whole treasure (sarab nidhaan).
