In plain words

Wake up, mind! Wake up! Why are you sleeping unaware?

The body you were born with will not go with you in the end.

Even the body you were born with won't come with you in the end — a fact meant to wake you to what actually lasts.
The deeper layer

The Ninth Master's second wake-up is even more direct: "Wake up, O mind! Wake up!" The "sleep" is spiritual — living unaware of what is real and what is passing. And the plain fact that stirs the sleeper: even "that body, which you were born with, shall not go along with you." If the body itself doesn't come, how much less everything we pile onto it. The waking is toward clear sight about what lasts.

A Question to Sit With

What are you treating as permanent that, honestly, won't come with you all the way?
