In plain words

The home of the One is higher and wider than anything — it has no edge and no end.

Countless people search for it, and no one can measure even a corner of it.

The One is so vast that no amount of searching can measure even a corner of it.
The deeper layer

Guru Arjan opens with the immensity of the One's darbaar (court/presence): "most lofty and exalted... no end or limitations." Millions seek and "cannot find even a tiny bit of His Mansion." It's a picture of something so vast that no one can grasp it by searching — humbling the mind that thinks it can figure everything out.

A Question to Sit With

What's something so big or wonderful that you could never fully measure it?
