In plain words

Keep the good in mind through the day, and your heart's deepest wishes are filled.

Singing about it in good company, the fear of endings fades and hopes come true.

Letting go of the puffed-up feeling and clinging, we become dear to the One.

Keeping the good in mind through the day, especially with good company, fills your heart and eases your fears.
The deeper layer

"Meditating on the Lord twenty-four hours a day, the fruits of the heart's desires are obtained... in the Saadh Sangat, my hopes are fulfilled." Steady remembrance plus good company brings fulfillment and dissolves the fear of endings. "Renouncing egotism, attachment and corruption, we become pleasing to God." For a child: keeping the good in mind through the day, especially with good company, fills your heart and eases your fears.

A Question to Sit With

What good thing could you keep in mind through a whole day, maybe with a friend?
