In plain words

You are everything and everyone — You made it all, and there's nothing outside You.

You give gifts to every creature, even before we think to ask.

So we all cry Waaho! — Wonderful! — grateful for the good we've been given.

The One gives us good things even before we think to ask — so we say 'Waaho!' — wonderful! — with grateful hearts.
The deeper layer

The first Pauree sounds the Vaar's aapay ("You Yourself") note — the One is "Yourself, all by Yourself... the Formless Lord; there is no other." And the tender line: "You give gifts to all beings, without their asking" — the One's generosity comes before we even think to ask (like a parent who feeds a child before the child knows to want food). The response is Waaho! — delighted, grateful praise. For a child: the One gives us good things even before we think to ask — so we say Waaho! — wonderful! — with grateful hearts.

A Question to Sit With

What good things did you receive today that you didn't even have to ask for?
