In plain words

The One who made every creature also watches over them.

I've tasted the sweetness of the good, and my restless hunger is at peace.

The One is in everyone — though few really notice.

The One who made every creature also watches over them — and tasting real goodness settles the hunger inside.
The deeper layer

The Pauree: "the Lord who created the creatures also protects them... I have tasted the Nectar of the True Name; I am satisfied, and my hunger is appeased." The Maker is also the Protector, and tasting the good satisfies the restless hunger. "The One Lord is pervading in all, but rare are those who realize this." For a child: the One who made every creature also watches over them — and tasting real goodness settles the restless hunger inside.

A Question to Sit With

What settles the restless, hungry feeling inside you when nothing else will?
