In plain words

O Siblings of Destiny — follow the Guru's teachings and dwell in truth.

Practice truth and only truth. Merge in the True Word of the Shabad.

There is no partial truth that leads to the total. Only total truth leads to total merger.

Only total, consistent truth leads to total merger — partial truth is still a form of division.
The deeper layer

The rahao is spare: satgur ki kar sevaas, sach sach sach dhiaai — serve the True Guru, and dwell in truth, truth, truth. The repetition of sach (truth) three times is deliberate: truth practiced with truth toward truth produces the merger with truth.

This connects to the sat (true) that runs through Guru Amar Das's entire vocabulary: Sat Sangat, Satigur, Sach, Sat naam. Truth is the thread on which everything else is strung.

A Question to Sit With

Is there an area of your life where you are mostly honest but not completely — where there's still a small place you're not quite facing? What would complete honesty look like there?
