In plain words

The Creator created this creation and watches over it. He administers justice and He supports all.

Those who have the Fear of God — the reverential awe — and the love of the Name: for them, all their affairs are resolved.

The One who made the world did not walk away from it. He watches. He maintains. He resolves.

The Creator did not walk away from creation — He watches and sustains what He made.
The deeper layer

Kartaa karhai kartaa vekhai — the Creator creates, the Creator watches. This is not the deist's God who winds up the clock and walks away — it is the engaged presence of the divine in every moment of creation.

Darbaar (royal court/divine court) and roji (support/sustenance) — the divine runs a court of justice AND provides daily sustenance. The same One does both. The combination ensures both justice and mercy.

A Question to Sit With

Does it comfort you or feel abstract to believe that the world has a watchful presence at its source? What would change if you trusted that fully?
