In plain words

O Siblings of Destiny — surrender to the True Teacher's Will.

Through the Guru's teachings, the Name is realized. And that Name relieves all pains.

Surrender is not passivity. It is the active choice to stop fighting what is larger than you are.

Surrender is not defeat — it is the release of what was never in your hands, freeing what actually is.
The deeper layer

The rahao: Satgur kai bhaanai — in the True Guru's Will. Aapan bhaanaa chhod — give up your own will. This is the key movement: from manmukhee (self-will) to Gurmukhee (alignment with the Guru's Will), which is also alignment with the divine Will.

The Name relieves pain (dukh vinjhaaraa) — not because suffering disappears from circumstances but because the relationship to suffering is transformed by the Name.

A Question to Sit With

What would you surrender right now, if surrender felt like relief rather than defeat? What are you holding most tightly that you most need to let go of?
