In plain words

The desires of the mind are fulfilled when the Treasure of the Naam is obtained.

The Inner-knower, the Searcher of hearts, is always with you. Recognize Him as the Creator.

Sexual desire, anger, and greed are eliminated — all egotism is dispelled.

The Inner-knower is always with you — the practice is not to summon but to recognize what is already there.
The deeper layer

The Antarjaamee (Inner-knower, Searcher of hearts) is always present (sadaa sath) — not arriving when sought, not available only in special circumstances. Always. The practice is not to summon the Inner-knower but to recognize (pechhanho) what is already present.

The elimination of kaam krodh lobh (desire-lust, anger, greed) through the Naam is not suppression — the three thieves dissolve when what they were substituting for is genuinely present.

A Question to Sit With

What does it mean to you that the divine is always present as the knower of your heart — that what is in your heart is always already known? How does that feel?
