In plain words

His Value cannot be estimated. He is the Vast Ocean of Excellence.

O most fortunate ones — join the Sangat, the Blessed Congregation. Purchase the True Word of the Shabad.

Serve the Lord, the Ocean of Peace, the Supreme Lord over kings and emperors.

The Shabad is purchased in the Sangat — the marketplace where the highest trade happens.
The deeper layer

The unmeasurable: anmol (priceless) — His value cannot be set. He is the mahaa samund (vast ocean) of excellence.

"Purchase the True Word" (Shabad mol leh) — the purchase metaphor again, but now the commodity is the Shabad itself. What do you pay? The ego. What do you receive? Everything.

The Sangat again as the marketplace where this purchase is made. Not alone, not in private — in the community of those who have already made the trade.

A Question to Sit With

What have you given up — consciously chosen to exchange — for something you valued more? Was it worth it? What does that trade reveal about your values?
