In plain words

O my mind — meditate on the Lord. He is True.

The True Lord is the Cause of all causes. All are under His Shelter.

The True Lord: the one stable thing in the turning world.

The True Lord is the Cause of all causes and the Support of all — the only stable reference in the turning world.
The deeper layer

The rahao names the qualities that make the Lord the appropriate object of meditation: Sach (True, Real, Permanent) and Karan Kaaranaa (Cause of all causes). The True Lord is the only genuinely stable reference point in the world of changing appearances.

Sab kaa aadhaar (the Support of all) — everything rests on this one Support, whether or not it recognizes that it does. Meditation on this One is the stable practice in the unstable world.

A Question to Sit With

What do you consider to be the most stable, reliable thing in your life — the thing you can most count on? What does that reliability rest on?
