Those who dwell on the Lord of the Universe are liberated. O Nanak, only the most fortunate are so blessed. ||12||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

Beautiful is the house where the praises of the One are sung.

Nanak says: those who keep the Lord of the World in mind are set free. Only by great good fortune is this found.

The most beautiful room is wherever the One is being remembered.
The deeper layer

A home is made beautiful by the praise of the One sung inside it.

Sundar mandar sainah: a beautiful palace to live in. Jayn maDh-y har keeratneh: one where the praises of the One are sung inside. Fine walls and furniture do not make it beautiful. The singing does.

Muktay raman gobindah: those who dwell on the Lord of the World are set free. LabDha-ya(n) bad bhaagnah: this comes by great good fortune.
