O Nanak, they are found by good karma. ||16||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

A snake charmer's spell takes away the snake's poison and leaves it without fangs.

In the same way, the saints pull suffering out by the roots.

Nanak says: they are found by good karma.

The saints draw the sting out of suffering.
The deeper layer

Holy people take the sting out of suffering, the way a snake charmer takes the bite out of a snake.

Dasan bihoon bhu-yaa(n)ga(n): a snake without fangs. Mantra(n) gaarurhee nivaara(n): the snake charmer's spell removes its poison. Bayaadh upaarhan santa(n): the saints pull out suffering by the roots.

LabaDh karamneh: they are met by karma. Here karam often means grace, the One's gift.
