Savaiye in praise of Guru Ram Das, Verse 11 — no one can say where the One began

Your servants are filled to the brim, age after age. Wonderful Guru, it is all Your doing.
Formless Lord, You are forever whole. No one can say how far back You go.
You made countless Brahmas and Vishnus, and their minds got caught in clinging and pride.
You made all 8.4 million kinds of living beings, and from the start You have given food to every one.
Your servants are filled to the brim, age after age. Wonderful Guru, it is all Your doing.
The One has no beginning, made every kind of living being, and feeds them all.
Kahi na sakai ko-oo too kad kaa means no one can say how far back You go. Even Brahma and Vishnu, great gods in Hindu stories, are among the made, and their minds got caught in moh, clinging. Chavraaseeh lakh jon means the 8.4 million kinds of living beings, and each one is given its food.
The first line comes back at the end: vaahguroo, Wonderful Guru, it is all You.
