Your Heart has blossomed forth in awareness of the Unseen Lord, who has infused His Power throughout the ages.

O True Guru, You are intuitively absorbed in Samaadhi, with continuity and equality.

You are open-minded and large-hearted, the Destroyer of poverty; seeing You, sins are afraid.

Says KAL, I lovingly, continually, intuitively chant the Praises of Lehnaa with my tongue. ||7||

In plain words

My mind trusts this: the Honored One has given you a hold on the Deep One.

The deadly poison has run out of your body, and you drink the sweet nectar deep inside.

Your heart has blossomed, awake to the Unseen One, whose power has been at work through all the ages.

O True Guru, you rest in easy, deep stillness, steady and even, all the time.

You are generous and big-hearted, and you take away poverty. Seeing you, wrongdoing runs away scared.

Kal says: with love, with ease, always, I sing the praise of Lehnaa with my tongue.

The Guru's heart blossoms open, awake to the Unseen One.
The deeper layer

Guru Angad's heart has blossomed open like a flower, rid bigaas, awake to the Unseen One.

The poison inside is gone, and he drinks nectar within. He is big-hearted, udaara-o chit, and takes away poverty, daarid haran. Wrongdoing is pictured as running away scared when it sees him.

Hadrath appears again, from the Arabic Hazrat, the Honored One, meaning Guru Nanak, who gave Guru Angad his hold on the Deep One. The bard is Kal.

A Question to Sit With

What is one generous thing you could do for someone who has less than you?
