Savaiye in Praise of Guru Nanak, Verse 4 — he knows the Soul of all

Kapila and the other great yogis sing of Guru Nanak. He is a coming-down into the world of the Endless One.
Parasraam, son of Jamdagan, sings of him — the one whose axe and power were taken away by Raghuvira.
Udho, Akrur and Bidur sing of Guru Nanak, who knows the One, the Soul of all.
Kal the poet says: I sing the praise of Guru Nanak, who enjoys raaj jog — ruling in the world and joined with the One.
The One is the Soul of all, sarbaatam, and Guru Nanak knows the One that way: living inside everything.
The singers are names from old Indian stories. Kapila was a great sage. Parasraam was a fierce warrior with an axe whose power was taken away by Raghuvira, that is, Raam. Udho, Akrur and Bidur were friends and devotees of Krishna. All of them, in Kal's picture, join the song of Guru Nanak.
Avtaar means a coming-down: the Endless One showing itself in the world.
