In plain words

In Raag Sorath, drink that sweet nectar which never loses its taste.

Nanak says: sing the praises of the One's Name, and your name shines clean in the One's court.

*The sweetness of praising the One never goes stale.*
The deeper layer

The sweetness of praising the One never goes flat.

Sorath so ras peejee-ai: in Sorath, drink that nectar. Sorath is the name of a raag, a musical mood, and the word plays on it. Kabhoo na feekaa ho-ay: it never goes stale. Dargeh nirmal so-ay: the one who sings is known as clean and bright in the court of the One.
