Meditate on the Name, O my mind; night and day, center yourself on the One.
You will have the fruits of your heart's desires, and you will never feel hunger again.
Filled at the center, the restless hunger that nothing could satisfy finally goes quiet.
The promise of fullness: meditate, and "you shall never feel hunger again." The restless hunger of the grasping life (the wanting that nothing satisfies) is finally stilled — not by getting more, but by being filled at the center. The deepest desires are fulfilled when the One is held day and night (cf. Shabad 84, the hunger satisfied).
A Question to Sit With
What kind of fullness would make you stop always wanting more?
