In plain words

O Lord, bring me to meet the holy one, the Guru.

Just seeing the Guru, all my wrongs run away, and I reach the highest, purest place.

The people you stay near can lift a weight you did not know you were carrying.
The deeper layer

Being near a holy person lifts every wrong away and raises you to the highest place.

This is the rahaa-o, the "pause" line, the center of the shabad. Maadho saadhoo jan dayh milaa-ay: O Lord, let me meet the holy one. Maadho is a loving name for the One. Daykhat daras paap sabh naaseh: just seeing that holy presence, all wrongs run away. Paap means wrongdoing; here its weight lifts off. Pavitar param pad: the highest, purest state. Think of how one calm, kind person in a room can change how everyone feels.

A Question to Sit With

Who is someone whose calm or kindness makes you feel lighter just by being near them?
