In plain words

Anyone at all, born high or low, who remembers the One has every hope fulfilled.

Those servants of the One who keep the One in their hearts are blessed, great and completely whole.

Everyone is welcome; the door has no name tag on it.
The deeper layer

Every heart is welcome, and every heart that holds the One is filled.

Jaat ajaat ko-ee parabh Dhi-aavai — anyone at all, high or low, who remembers the One. Whoever does this finds that their deepest hopes come true.

Then Guru Ram Das describes the people who keep the One inside their hearts. He calls them Dhan — blessed. He calls them great and pooray — complete, missing nothing. Think of a glass filled right to the top. It does not need anything more. That is how a heart feels when it holds the One close.

A Question to Sit With

What would it feel like to be part of a group where everyone was welcome?
