In plain words

Keep the Lord of the World in your mind — the One who is worth remembering.

Remembering the One, you enjoy peace and an easy, natural calm.

Some things are simply worth keeping in your mind all day.
The deeper layer

The Lord of the World is worth remembering, and remembering brings an easy calm.

This is the rahaa-o, the "pause" line, the center of the shabad. Tum ravhu gobindai ravan jog — keep in mind the Lord of the World, who is ravan jog, worth remembering.

Then comes the gift. Jit ravi-ai sukh sahj bhog — remembering the One, you enjoy peace and sahj, a natural, easy calm.

Think of humming a favorite song while you walk. You do not force it. It just keeps you company, and your steps feel lighter.

A Question to Sit With

What is one good thing you could hold in your mind through a whole day?
