My True Guru will assist you, even on your most difficult moves; you shall reach your true home in celestial peace and poise. ||3||

In plain words

Get up early in the morning and bathe. Before you go to sleep, remember the One.

My True Guru helps you over even the hardest moves, and you reach your true home in peace and easy calm.

A good guide helps you across the hardest moves toward home.
The deeper layer

A day that begins and ends with the One is held safe, and the Guru helps with the hardest moves.

Uth isnaan karahu parbhaatay — get up early and bathe. Parbhaatay means in the fresh early morning. Then so-ay har aaraaDhay — before sleep, remember the One. So the day sits between two bookends of remembrance, like the two covers of a book.

Some moves in the game are hard. Bikh-rhay daa-o langhaavai mayraa satgur — my True Guru helps me across even the trickiest throws. A daa-o is one throw of the dice.

And the game ends well: sukh sahj saytee ghar jaatay. We reach ghar, our true home, with sahj, an easy, settled calm.
