In plain words

Know that the One who fills the universe also lives in the body.

Take your bath in Mansarovar, the sacred lake.

Chant "Sohang": "That One is me."

The One is never stained by good deeds or bad ones.

The One filling the whole universe is the very same One inside you.
The deeper layer

The One in the whole universe is the same One inside you.

so barahmand pind so jaan — know that the One in the universe is the One in the body. Maan sarovar is Lake Mansarovar, a sacred lake high in the mountains. Here it becomes an inner bath: washing in clear awareness.

Sohang means "That One is me." It is a way of seeing that you and the One are not two separate things. Think of a wave on the ocean: it is also the ocean. And the One is never stained by punn ar paap, good or bad deeds. The One is pure, beneath all our labels.

A Question to Sit With

What changes if you imagine the same life in everything is also in you?
