Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

The One who sees, sees everything, all by Itself.

Nanak says: keep the Naam in your heart, held close like something precious.

The One sees all with care; keep the Naam close in your heart.
The deeper layer

The One sees everything; keep the Naam close in your heart.

Aapay vaykhai vaykhanhaar: the Seer, Itself, does the seeing. Naanak naam rakhahu ur dhaar: Nanak asks you to hold the Naam in your ur, your heart. The One who sees all is a caring presence, close by.
