ਗੁਰ ਕਾ ਸਬਦੁ ਸਭਿ ਰੋਗ ਗਵਾਏ ਜਿਸ ਨੋ ਹਰਿ ਜੀਉ ਲਾਏ ॥
gur kaa sabad sabh rog gavaa-ay jis no har jee-o laa-ay.
The Word of the Guru's Shabad cures all diseases; he alone is attached to it, whom the Dear Lord attaches.
ਨਾਮੇ ਨਾਮਿ ਮਿਲੈ ਵਡਿਆਈ ਜਿਸ ਨੋ ਮੰਨਿ ਵਸਾਏ ॥੨॥
naamay naam milai vadi-aa-ee jis no man vasaa-ay. ||2||
Through the Naam, glorious greatness is obtained; he alone obtains it, whose mind is filled with the Lord. ||2||

Gur kaa sabad sabh rog gavaa-ay: the Guru's Word removes every rog, sickness. Jis no har jee-o laa-ay: for the one the Dear One attaches to it. Naamay naam milai vadi-aa-ee: through the Naam comes vadi-aa-ee, greatness. Grace draws the person in, and the healing follows.
