ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਸੇਵਹਿ ਪਰਮ ਗਤਿ ਪਾਵਹਿ ਨਾਮਿ ਮਿਲੈ ਵਡਿਆਈ ॥
satgur sayveh param gat paavahi naam milai vadi-aa-ee.
Those who serve the True Guru are blessed with the supreme status; through the Naam, they are blessed with glorious greatness.
ਨਾਨਕ ਨਾਮੁ ਜਿਨਾ ਮਨਿ ਵਸਿਆ ਦਰਿ ਸਾਚੈ ਪਤਿ ਪਾਈ ॥੪॥੪॥੧੪॥
naanak naam jinaa man vasi-aa dar saachai pat paa-ee. ||4||4||14||
O Nanak, those whose minds are filled with the Naam, are honored in the Court of the True Lord. ||4||4||14||

Those who serve the True Guru reach the highest state, and through the Naam they are given greatness.
Nanak says: those whose minds are filled with the Naam are honored at the door of the True One.
Hearts filled with the Name are welcomed with honor by the True One.
Serve the True Guru, keep the Naam in your mind, and you are welcomed with honor by the True One.
Satgur sayveh param gat paavahi: serving the True Guru brings param gat, the highest state. Naam milai vadi-aa-ee: the Naam brings greatness. Dar saachai pat paa-ee: at the True One's door, those filled with the Naam are honored, like a guest welcomed home.
