The Naam, the Name of the Lord, fills their hearts, and duality runs away from their minds. Drinking in the Ambrosial Nectar of the Lord, Har, Har, they are satisfied. ||1||Pause||

In plain words

Those soaked in the sweet taste of the One are joyful forever.

The Naam fills their hearts, and the split in the mind runs away. Drinking the nectar of the One, Har, Har, they are full and content.

Drink the sweetness of the One, and the restless split heart is finally full.
The deeper layer

Soak in the sweetness of the One, and the heart is full and glad for good.

This is the rahaa-o, the "pause" line, the center of the shabad. Sadaa anand raam ras raatay: lasting joy for those dyed in the taste of the One. Dubidhaa man bhaagee: dubidhaa, the mind split in two, runs off. Amrit pee tariptaatay: drinking amrit, the nectar, they are satisfied. The river-belly that never fills finally has its answer.

A Question to Sit With

What is something that leaves you feeling full and content?
