Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

The dear One finishes the work of the saints. The One saved twenty-one generations of Prahlaad's family.

Through the Guru's Word, the poison of ego is made harmless. Nanak says: through the Naam of the One, the saints are set free.

One child's love can send blessing flowing out to a whole family.
The deeper layer

The One completes the work of holy people, and one life of devotion blesses a whole family line.

Sant janaa kay har jee-o kaaraj savaaray: the dear One finishes the tasks of the saints. Ikeeh kul udhaaray: twenty-one generations of Prahlaad's family are carried across. Ha-umai bikh: ego is called a poison, and the Guru's Word takes away its harm, the way medicine draws out a sting. Raam naam sant nistaaray: through the Naam, the saints are set free.
